Description   Kids Chaps are the same chaps as for adults - just smaller.  Nothing has been left out.  These chaps will protect children from most briars.  Your child won't wear them out!   Kids Chaps are not normally in inventory but have to be specially ordered.  Allow 6 to 8 weeks for an order to be completed and shipped.   Mule Kids Chaps have a pocket with a heavy duty snap on each chap. Kids chaps (those without a waterproof lining) are water-resistant and can be kept so by applying a waterproof fabric spray after each cleaning. A waterproof lining may be ordered at an additional cost. Sizes are stated in thigh width by inseam length (ie; 16X18). For your thigh size, measure around the thigh, at the crotch, over your pants. Allow extra space for comfort. For inseam sizes, measure from the crotch to the ankle bone. Stop at the ankle bone. Do not measure further because the chaps need to "hang", not fold on the top of your shoes.
