new condition, we will refund your full purchase price excluding
shipping fees. (Special size orders are not refundable.)

Out of Stock Policy
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can backorder order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 4 - 5 weeks.
Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to contact you by telephone. If we are unable to make contact within a day or two, we will send you an email. If we have not heard from you within a few days we will then wait to see if you contact us when your order does not arrive when you think it should. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to back order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items back ordered ship within 4 - 5 weeks.
Special Order Request Policy
If you have special request about color combinations, sizing or product attributes not found listed on our web-site, we can special order some of these. Not all request for a special product order will be accepted. Some things we just cannot do. All special order request must be made by phone and paid for at the time we accept your request. Once the clothing item is produced, it will be shipped to you and it becomes yours and is outside our return and refund policy. We can not refund or exchange any item special ordered. We will, at our option, repair the item, if in our opinion the damage was the fault of the product or its manufacture.
